Automatic screw feeder

This feeder was designed in cooperation with the DOGA company to feed screws, bolts and other elements, which are then screwed with a screw head and screwdriver, in large numbers and in high cadences, such as car doors, dashboards, electronic devices and many other processes in various industries. The device can be used both for manual assemblies and increasingly in fully automated devices.
Compared to competing devices, this feeder brings customers a reliable machine at a more reasonable price, which works in a faster cycle. The most commonly used type of screw is this feeder able to feed within 1.3 seconds in a continuous series until the hopper is depleted. However, it can be refilled continuously without having to stop the feeder.
A significant advantage of this product is the fast service that we provide throughout the Czech Republic and the volume of standard spare parts that we keep in stock.

Independently adjustable product router

This device significantly reduces the customer’s time when starting the line and when changing the products that the line produces.
It also significantly reduces scrap in this section of the line.

The customer is satisfied and has repeatedly ordered the equipment for his second line.

During aiming and installation, regular maintenance stops were always used so that operations associated with this device did not slow down the line by even a minute. The device was designed so that its installation was very fast. The installation time was approximately two hours.

Stampler

This hand-held device is designed to strike various types of buckles intended primarily for the automotive industry.

It saves the customer money and the operator has healthier and less injured hands.

The end impact mandrel can be easily replaced with another type, and the same pistol can strike different clips in a matter of minutes.

Screw head

This screwing head is used for screwing elements fed by our feeders, such as screws, bolts and others, in a very high cadence. This is our product, which we complete with the required types of screwdrivers supplied by the DOGA company. The head is designed to have only the necessary stroke, which makes it easier to handle. Extended linear guides and other improved elements ensure a longer service life of the most stressed parts. The device sends information about the position of the head to the feeder thanks to signals from quality sensors. The grip elements and the signal cable outlet have been created with an emphasis on ergonomics and operator comfort. Thanks to the simple design, the nozzle in which the feed elements are prepared for screwing can be replaced very quickly.
All these sets head our screwdriver apart from the competition.
The biggest advantage over the competition, however, is the possibility of using the nozzle of our original design, which was developed using the latest computer simulations and pieces of it boasts the smallest installation dimensions on the market !!! It is, therefore, able to screw even in situations where the competition gives up the assignment because there is very little space around the head of the screw and with competing nozzles, the screw simply does not reach the destination.
